Join us in band during
2nd Semester Period 2
Band won’t quite look the same, but we WILL make music and learn new ways to perform!
Here’s what you can expect:
AUDIO RECORDING - We will collaborate online to record, edit, and produce audio recordings
of our music.
VIRTUAL LESSONS - Students will have opportunities to sign up for virtual lessons with Mr.
Waldrop on Wednesdays.
DRUMMING - We will work on our regular band songs as well as music specific to percussion
via body percussion (clapping, tapping, stomping, snapping, etc) and with drumsticks and drum
pads.
WIND INSTRUMENTS - We will eventually be able to play our wind instruments in class, with
specific protocols in place to mitigate any risks. Students in the class will receive more
information as that time approaches.
