2024 Annual Asbestos Notice

AOS98 School Buildings that contain Asbestos-Containing Building Materials (ACBM) have been re-inspected in April 2024.   This was performed in compliance with 40 CFR Part 763, the EPA Accredited Asbestos Building Inspector and A Licensed Asbestos Management Planner.  The EPA requires that all school buildings containing ACBM be periodically inspected, every six (6) months and Re-inspections every Three (3) years.

This asbestos Management Plan is available for inspection at the facilities manager’s office. Everyone is welcome to view these at anytime during normal school hours.  Contact David Benner at 207-633-9870.
