Worked for 17 years in NH a variety of capacities advocating for the needs of individuals that have disabilities. For the past eleven years, I have worked as an Information Specialist with the Autism Society of Maine, in a consulting, mentoring and training role. Both careers have supported my work for the past twelve years at Georgetown School, where I believe that kids are successful if taught the tools to be just that!

Presentations

I have done a variety of presentations at different conferences over the years about bullying, supporting students with disabilities in the classroom, disability awareness, doing Case Management in the school setting, teaching self-advocacy skills, sexuality and the like. I have presented as the keynote to the Maine Counselor Association conference around clinical issues in school settings. I will be presenting there again in April.
